We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Coleman Pop Up Parts. If your items do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
