This is the original Coleman Fleetwood amber marker lamp lens. It features a slightly different radius on each corner that was a design Coleman and Fleetwood stuck with for many years.

The logo PM can sometimes be found stamped into the lens.

This lens was popular on almost every unit from the early 1990's till 2011.
